Dynamics of individual indicators of quality and safety of raw milk of black-pied cows when using bee podden in their feeding ration

Year: 2025

Pages: 308-316

Number: Volume 17, issue 4

Type: scientific article

Summary:

This article examines the effect of biologically active feed additives, particularly bee podden, on milk quality. The goal is to determine how different dosages of bee podden in the diet influence the physicochemical and microbiological parameters of whole milk from black-and-white cattle across different seasons, with an emphasis on improving its properties. Physicochemical and microbiological indicators of raw milk were assessed, and conclusions were made regarding its compliance with the standards and technical requirements of the dairy industry.
