Currently, much attention is paid to the problem of environmental safety of agroproduction. The aim of the work was to assess the effect of presowing treatment of barley seeds with a complex of microbial preparations on the number of soil microorganisms in the rhizosphere. The influence of presowing seed treatment by a complex preparations on the microbiological state of the rhizosphere of winter barley (Hordeum vulgareL.) in conditions of the chernozem of the southern steppe of the Crimea was determined. Microbial preparations contribute to an increase in the number of most ecological-trophic groups of rhizosphere microorganisms and to improve the development of winter barley plants, as shown.
