This article is devoted to the expression of DNA methylation genes in the parthenogenetic (AT-3) and control (DDH-1) maize lines. We obtained for the first time experimental data on the DNA methylation gene expression in the parthenogenetic AT-3 maize line embryo sac before and after pollination. In particular, the data on the expression of DNA methylation genes (dmt102, dmt103, hdt104, hon101, and chr106) in the maize female generative tissue (before and after fertilization) of the AT-3 and DDH-1 maize lines, were observed. We not observed any differences in the DNA methylation genes expression in the maize ovaries (except dmt102 gene), and in the embryo sacs (except hdt104 gene) during 3-7 days delayed pollination for AT-3 and control maize lines. Surprisingly, the expression of all investigated genes (excluding chr106) were suppressed in AT-3 and DDH-1 maize lines proembryos at the 3-7th days after pollination. The dmt103, hdt104, hon101, chr106 genes expression was registered in the AT-3 maize endosperm during the seven days after pollination. The dmt102, dmt105, hdt104 genes was repressed in the control maize endosperm during the seven days after pollination.
