Year: 2017

Pages: 203-228

Number: Volume 9, issue 3

Type: scientific article

Summary:

The features of numerous programs for gRNA designing with their actual web pages and the stages of work with them are described. For a number of programs are described more detailed, that is reflected in a special Appendix. Programs for mutations search after CRISPR/Cas editing of genomes of various organisms are listed. Databases containing previously selected gRNA for a number of genomes of plants and animals, including humans are considered. The analysis of almost all the existing literature on computer designing of gRNA and relevant Internet resources are shown.
