Causes of false-negative pcr and how to avoid some of them

Summary:

The analysis of the available methodological literature devoted to false-negative results in PCR is carried out. It focuses on the inhibition of PCR with substances of different nature, as well as improvement of the amplification process using certain additives and with the help of various DNA polymerases, including genetically engineered modified variants of them.
