The interaction between ammonia and carboxylate groups in amino acids such as H3N+(CH2)nCOO- (n = 1 - 4), H3N+CH(X) COO- (X = H-, СH3-, (CH3)2CH-, CH3(HO)CH-, HOCH2-, HSCH2-, HOOCCH2-, -OOCCH2-, HOOCCH2CH2-, -OOCCH2CH2-) and peptides (containing Lys-Glu) was investigated by computational modeling method.
