Мобилизация фосфатов и продукция органических кислот эндофитными штаммами Bacillus subtilis

Аннотация:

Исследована способность 23 эндофитных штаммов Bacillus subtilis к мобилизации труднорастворимых фосфатов. Все штаммы растворяли фосфаты кальция и железа, а 12 – также и алюминия. При этом выявлено, что в зависимости от способа постановки эксперимента можно получить отличающиеся результаты. Показано, что при культивировании в жидкой среде с фосфатом железа происходит гибель клеток бацилл, что, повидимому, и является причиной неспособности растворять FePO4 в жидкой среде в отличие от плотной. Одним из ключевых механизмов растворения фосфатов под влиянием эндофитов является продукция ими органических ди- и трикарбоновых кислот в среду культивирования, состав и количественное соотношение которых различалось как в зависимости от штамма, так и от консистенции среды культивирования.
