In the article presents the results of the study of the influence of Bacillus subtilis 12-2 – the antagonist of phytopathogenic fungi on the mycological complex of the rhizosphere Beta vulgaris L. The treatment of plants and soil with this microorganism contributed to a decrease in the number of micromycetes by 2.4-3.2 times compared to control samples of soil and decrease in the index of the diversity of micromycetes of the rhizosphere by 0.5-1 units, depending on the time of sampling. The obtained results prove that there were changes in the structure of the mycological community of the sugar beet rhizosphere under the influence of the investigated strain. The introduction of B. subtilis 12-2 into the soil resulted in loss of such phytopathogenic species as Fusarium solani, F. oxysporum, Alternaria alternate from the mycological community. A study on co-cultivation of phytopathogens and B. subtilis 12-2 showed that, in the presence of a strain, the growth of A. alternate was inhibited in 2 times.
