In the conditions of the field experiment, the efficiency of using biological preparations based on the growth-stimulating bacteria Paenibacillus ehimensis IB 739 (VKM B-2680D), Pseudomonas koreensis IB-4 (VKM B-2830D), Pseudomonas chlororaphis IB-51 for preseeding pea plants (Pisum sativum L.). It was found that the presowing treatment of pea cultures strains Paenibacillus ehimensis IB 739 and Pseudomonas koreensis IB-4 has a positive effect on plant growth and nodule formation. All biological preparations help to reduce the spread of root rot (biological efficiency 39.9-47.9%). Minor effectiveness against powdery mildew was noted for the biopreparation based on the strain Pseudomonas koreensis IB-4. It was found that the content of nitrogen in the green mass exceeded the control values by a factor of 1.5 during the flowering phase in the variant where the plants were treated with a biological preparation based on Pseudomonas koreensis IB-4. In all the variants of the experiment where biological preparations were used, it was noted that nitrogen accumulates mainly in the above-ground vegetative organs (leaves and stems), whereas in the control the nitrogen content in the roots and green mass is approximately at the same level.
