Summary:
The virus of the saccular brood of bees is widespread in the apiaries of Russia and other countries of the world. Other viruses of bees, which carry the varroa mite, also multiply in the cells of the bee tissues and destroy them. The defeat of bee families with varroa mite and the sackbrood virus is the main cause of mass death of bee colonies in Russia's apiaries. Wintering bee colonies affected by varroosis and sackbrood virus can not survive for 6-8 months; adult bees die at the beginning of wintering, the family becomes weaker, the club of bees rises behind the heat upwards, placing itself on bars of frames, or going tightly to the club on the empty cells of the frames, breaking off from the feed and dying from starvation.
