The activity of "biorational pesticides" is based on the principles of bioregulation embodied in the nature. This group consists of biologically active substances of natural origin and its synthetic analogues. Synthetic phytoprostanoids cause a change in the biochemical processes in the plant organism and induce resistance to adverse factors. The hydrophobicity of prostanoids narrows possibility of it use for the induction of plant resistance. The technology of complexation with beta-cyclodextrin can transform phytoprostanoids in water-soluble form. During the work clathrate complexes of 3-methyl-4-amino-(3,4-dimethoxy ethylbenzene)-5-methylfuran-2-one, 3-octyl-amino-4-(4-methoxybenzyl)-5-methylfuran-2-one and methyl-7-[2-(heptylamino)-4-oxo-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-yl] heptanoate with beta-cyclodextrin were obtained by co-evaporation under reduced pressure. The solubility of the complexes was determined and the properties of the complexes were investigated by spectral methods and by HPLC.
