Various ways to reduce level of mycotoxins in plant growing production and feeds, based on an analysis of available in the scientific literature data, are reviewed. Data, that the use of some fungicides increases the frequency of occurrence in the grain of new harvest toxigenic species of Fusarium, and dioxins as byproducts of the synthesis of pesticides can increase the toxicity of aflatoxin in vitro, are given. One of the modern approaches to reduce mycotoxins in plant growing production through the creation of genetically modified plants with enzyme systems capable of destroying these ecotoxicants is considered. The usage of antagonistic endophytic bacterial strains capable of degradation of mycotoxins as a new approach, that combines both the possibility of a reduction of mycotoxins contamination of agricultural products, and protects plants from fungi that produce these toxins, is proposed.
