Мир на прото-Земле до появления ДНК и гипотетический генеральный сценарий химической эволюции, предшествовавшей Дарвиновской, включая первые шаги на пути к возникновению полноценной Жизни

Аннотация:

После почти полувекового господства коацерватной гипотезы Опарина-Холдейна, предполагавшей в возникновении Жизни первичность пептидов, постепенно внимание исследователей переключилось на другой тип биополимеров, а именно на молекулы РНК, что позволило предположить, что на Планете первоначально был РНК-мир. Несмотря на то, что РНК способна проявлять каталитическую активность в виде рибозимов и хранить некую (наследственную) информацию, без взаимодействия с пептидами даже химическая доДарвиновская эволюция большого движения бы не получила. Можно считать установленным, что из атмосферных газов при соответствующем воздействии внешних факторов (молнии, ультрафиолет, тепловая энергия) образовались аминокислоты, путем конденсации сформировавшие пептиды. Другой тип полимерных молекул в виде РНК возник за счет синтеза из синильной кислоты азотистых оснований, объединившихся с углеводным компонентом в виде рибозы, которая возникла из формальдегида в ходе формозной реакции (для увеличения стабильности войдя в комплекс с боратами), после чего образовавшиеся нуклеозиды вступили в реакцию с фосфатами, приведя в итоге к нуклеотидам, которые в свою очередь, подвергнувшись конденсации, создали молекулы РНК. Часть всех этих реакций шла в газовой, в жидкой и/или на твердой фазах. Следующим этапом стало образование рибонуклеопротеинов (РНП), представляющих из себя комплекс пептидов и РНК. Эволюция РНП привела к возникновению пептидилтрансферазного центра, способного катализировать образование пептидных связей, после чего возник генетический код, но как это произошло, до сих пор представляет собой самую сложную загадку. Последующие компартментализация и формирование рибосом послужили важным толчком к появлению протоклеток и первых примитивных еще даже не организмов, а неких образований, получивших обозначение «прогеноты». На этой стадии появилась ДНК, которая поначалу несла урацилы, замененные позже на тимины. Именно образование молекул ДНК стало эпохальным событием, переведшим на новый уровень хранение и передачу наследственной информации, оставив для РНК и белков выполнение каталитических и структурных функций, что можно сейчас представить как триаду ДНК/РНК/белок. В статье предположены гипотетические сценарии абиотической химической эволюции, за которой последовала эволюция биополимеров, приведшая к современной Жизни. Выяснение того как на Земле возникала Жизнь относится к числу величайших проблем естествознания и несет фундаментальный характер. Однако в связи с появлением в биологии нового направления – «синтетическая биология», выяснение происхождения Жизни перестало представлять праздный интерес и вышло за рамки исключительно фундаментальных исследований, но при этом еще не перешло в практическую плоскость.
